Can I Use Rain X On Side Mirrors

Rain x can be used on glass shower doors without any etching to achieve the benefits of rain x water beading in the shower.

Rain x should not be used on plastic shower doors. Ive got vibrating heated mirrors so its never an issue but for a as long as ive known of rainx windscreen mirrors get treated on all cars ive ever had makes life so much easier in shitty weather.
