Unlike so many other travel neck pillows this pillow was designed with a flat rear cushion that won t push your head forward and cause awkward discomfort. I m not sure how long it will last as i have only used it five times. It is a great traveling pillow option for those people who require extra support and adjustment. You might but i couldn t.

It kind of feels like an inflatable neck brace since your head is essentially immobilized when using it and the pillow is secured with a buckle in the front. I have trouble sleeping on airplanes in general so i will mention that i might be more picky than some other travellers. Frequent flyers may like this option a lot especially those who like a supportive neck pillow to begin with.
